Our Story
Black Sheep Brews is a wellness brand shaped by Jan and her son Evan. What began with one family’s experience has grown into a place where people can find approachable, honest options for balance — without the noise or hype.
Where it Began
My mom was diagnosed with terminal breast cancer in 2012. As the disease progressed her appetite decreased and eventually the pain increased. We looked to cannabis to help, and it did. After she passed, Evan brought the idea of helping others with cannabinoids. Our journey began.
Discovering CBD
From that moment forward, Jan and Evan dove deep into learning. Between 2018–2020 they studied growing, processing, and collaborating within the CBD industry. They quickly discovered that quality and connection mattered most.
In 2020, they opened their first shop. Even during lockdowns, people reached out one-on-one, looking for help and honest guidance. That personal connection shaped the way Black Sheep Brews operates today: no one-size-fits-all, just real conversations and thoughtful recommendations.
